5. Catalog Security Deposit Policy
- Deposit amount will be decided by B-ONE
- Deposit refunded only after catalog return in original condition
- If catalog is damaged, missing, or incomplete, deposit will NOT be refunded
- Deposit amount may be adjusted against product purchase if applicable
6. Product Delivery Payment Policy
- Full payment must be completed at or before delivery unless otherwise agreed
- Delivery will follow company policy timelines
- Any delay in payment may delay installation or service
7. Product Return Policy
Returns are accepted ONLY if:
